By accessing or using FirstCitizenZones coworking spaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

FirstCitizenZones provides coworking spaces across the USA. Our services include, but are not limited to, workspace rental, meeting room bookings, and associated amenities.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and respectful environment
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols
• Respect the privacy and space of other members
• Use the facilities and equipment responsibly

4. Membership and Payments

Membership fees are due on the first of each month. Late payments may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership with 30 days written notice. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for unused services.

6. Liability

FirstCitizenZones is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. Members are encouraged to secure their belongings and obtain appropriate insurance coverage.

7. Intellectual Property

Members retain all rights to their intellectual property. FirstCitizenZones does not claim ownership over any work created in our spaces.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on data collection and usage.

9. Modifications to Service

FirstCitizenZones reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
